As we continue to strengthen the collaborative work across the four schools in our Saint Catherine of Siena (SCOS) Multi-Academy Company, a wonderful opportunity has arisen for us to work together to create a sculpture of our academy saint.
We are fortunate to have secured Heidi, a specialist artist who will work with children to use mod-roc to mould the sculptures.
Children will work on the project in St Gregory’s school, together with children from St Philips School to begin the process.
As a recognition of the academy bond between the schools and to our academy saint, children will then bestow their statue upon a partnership school.
Well done to everyone involved, what an exciting day.
